Those static grocery shelf price tags you have relied on for decades are disappearing, replaced by digital displays that can change prices faster than you can say, “How much is that?” The Wall Street Journal reports that electronic shelf labels are spreading across grocery chains in Europe and the U.S., with some stores in Norway updating prices up to 100 times per day.
