Two Atlanta institutions are teaming up for a special merchandise collection.
Legendary hip-hop duo Outkast and Waffle House announced a limited-edition collaboration featuring a pop-up shop, merchandise, souvenir menus and complimentary coupons.
The pop-up shop is at the Waffle House across from Centennial Olympic Park in Atlanta, at 135 Andrew Young International Blvd. NW. It runs from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. ET Friday, Oct. 2.
The collection includes T-shirts, hoodies, bomber jackets, bucket hats, socks and coffee mugs. The pop-up also offers free souvenir menus and limited-edition André 3000 and Big Boi meals.
Fans who cannot attend can shop the collection at Outkast.com. It went live online at 11 a.m. ET on Oct. 2, according to Waffle House.
Outkast announced the launch on Instagram on Oct. 1. A Sept. 30 teaser showed some of the branded items, many featuring the phrase âGator melts and patty melts,â a reference to the duoâs 2000 hit âSo Fresh, So Clean.â
